COSTS.

This unique eight-day all-inclusive boat trip can now be paid for in four installments of €374 per person.

Payment in installments is negotiable, or if you prefer to pay in one lump sum, that is also possible. In that case, you pay €1496 per person. This price applies to all trips from January 1, 2026, to June 1, 2026.

For all trips starting June 1, 2026, you pay for this eight-day dolphin trip in four installments of €384 per person (or €1536 in one payment).

BRING A FRIEND. If you bring a friend, sister, father, partner, daughter, acquaintance, colleague, or anyone else, you will receive a €50 discount on your total travel sum .

The bring-a-friend discount is given a maximum of once per travel group. You will only receive the discount if your friend books the same travel week as you. The discount applies to all trips (with the exception of private trips) and cannot be combined with other discounts.

This price includes:

  • Transfers between Hamata port and Marsa Alam or Hurghada airport (on arrival and departure dates of the trip)

  • 7 nights on the boat on a full-board basis (in a double cabin to share, with private bathroom)

  • Meals, fruit, snacks, unlimited water, coffee, tea, soft drinks

  • Guidance from experienced & certified snorkeling guides

  • First aid & CPR certified tour guide

  • Port tax

  • Getting to know the group before the trip (online)

  • One snorkeling lesson prior to the trip (Eindhoven area)

  • Additional activities such as night snorkeling, gabana, shisha, etc.

  • Support for oceans and dolphins: a portion of the travel sum goes to several appropriate charities.

This price does not include:

  • Flight to Marsa Alam or Hurghada (costs between €350/€700 for a direct flight)

  • Visa in Egypt (€25*) to be paid in cash at the airport

  • Travel insurance (mandatory) and cancellation insurance, if applicable

  • Snorkeling equipment (snorkel/mask/fins)

  • Entrance fee to Sataya Reef Nature Reserve (€80*)

  • Fooi voor de bemanning voor de fantastische zorgen tijdens de reis (minimum €75), lees hieronder of in de FAQ meer

  • All costs for food/drinks/souvenirs at the airport and on the mainland

    * genoemde prijzen zijn onder voorbehoud, want zijn onderhevig aan inflatie, de lokale economie en bepalingen autoriteiten. Egyptische autoriteiten hebben reeds aangekondigd dat de entree van Sataya vanaf november 2026 €130 per persoon zal zijn.

Wat ongelofelijk leuk dat je mee wilt! Magic guaranteed. Reserveringen gaan hard. Dus wil je verzekerd zijn van een plekje op de boot op jouw gewenste reisdata, vul dan direct dit boekingsformulier in. Je ontvangt daarna een boekingsbevestiging van jouw reservering. Boek géén vlucht voordat je deze bevestiging van ons hebt ontvangen.

Insurance.

It is mandatory to take out travel insurance yourself (Egypt is often covered by European coverage, but check with your insurer beforehand). Cancellation insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended (many insurers require this to be taken out within 7 days of booking a trip).

Number of guests.

De reis gaat door bij minimaal 11 gasten. Maximum aantal gasten is 18, 20 of 22. Dit is afhankelijk van de boot die geboekt wordt.

Passport.

A valid passport is mandatory. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of return. An ID card is not valid proof and does not grant access to Egypt. For Belgium, an ID card is valid. It must also be valid for at least 6 months after the date of return.

Fooi.

Het inkomen van de bemanning is bijna volledig afhankelijk van de fooi (anders dan in Nederland dus). Daarom dat wij een minimum richtlijn afgeven van €75 fooi, zodat zij naar behoren beloond worden voor hun harde werk. Lees hier meer over in de FAQ.

Down payment.

Nadat je je hebt aangemeld en wij jouw plek op de boot hebben gereserveerd, ontvang je een factuur voor de aanbetaling van €384. De overige betalingen zullen verspreid worden over de tijd tussen boeking en aanvang reis. Indien je korter dan zes weken voor aanvang reis boekt, zal de totale reissom in één keer voldaan moeten worden.

Visa.

Op het vliegveld in Egypte betaal je voor het visum om het land binnen te komen. Deze kost €25 (en betaal je contant).
